Gharieb Factories supplies tanks, vessels, and process equipment for starch and derivative production. We fabricate in 304-304L, 316-316L, 310 stainless steel and carbon steel for washing, separation, drying, and storage stages.

Typical equipment:

• Steep tanks, slurry tanks, and washers

• Separation and extraction vessels

• Dryers and drying chambers (including Flash Drying where applicable)

• Storage tanks, bins, hoppers, and surge vessels

• Mix tanks and process vessels for blending and reaction

Options include shop or field fabrication, heating and cooling (dimple jacket, double jacket, half pipe coil, internal pipe, open jacket), agitation systems, various material and weld finishes, and supports (legs, lugs, skirts, saddles). We work to your capacity, layout, and hygiene requirements.
