Gharieb Factories has been a custom stainless steel tank and equipment fabricator for decades, having constructed thousands of tanks in our shop and on-site at customer facilities.

We build a wide range of equipment and offer a variety of options to meet the processing needs of our distillery customers:

• Custom designed and fabricated stainless steel tanks and vessels

• Sanitary construction, gaskets with FDA allowable ingredients; ASME, API

• Heating and cooling options; various material and weld finishes

• 304-304L, 316-316L, 310 stainless steel, and carbon steel

• Agitation systems designed for your process

• Storage tanks (field built) and shop-built tanks up to large capacities

• Batch tanks for mixing and blending; pressure vessels and reactors

• Components: sight glasses and lights, CIP systems, no foam inlets, downtubes, thermowells, outlet valves

• Manways and fittings; tank supports (legs, lugs, skirts, saddles, flat pitch)

• Single wall, jacketed, with or without insulation

We also offer modifications and repairs: re-rating tanks for pressure or temperature changes, replace manways, repair damage, mixer modifications, inspection services, increase sidewall height, heat transfer surface modifications, and fabricate ladders, platforms and handrails.
