Gharieb Factories has been working with the food and dairy industry since 1952. We build a variety of stainless steel tanks and processing equipment for our food and dairy customers; everything we construct is custom designed and fabricated to meet your individual needs.

Tanks and vessels for food and dairy service can be built in our shop or on-site in the field. We build tanks of all sizes from small processing vessels to storage tanks in excess of very large capacities. These tanks can be polished inside and out for sanitary, easy-to-clean surfaces. Our tanks can be included in aseptic production lines, maintaining sterility from processing through packaging. Gaskets from FDA approved materials are also common. Various levels of documentation are available.

Equipment we build: aseptic and balance tanks, batch tanks, chillers, CIP tanks, columns/strippers/scrubbers, condensate tanks, cookers, fermenters, holding tanks, hoppers and bins, kettles, melters, mixing and blending tanks, multicompartment tanks, pasteurizers, pressure vessels and reactors, storage and surge tanks, Flash Drying chambers, water and wort tanks, and more. Materials: 304-304L, 316-316L, 310 stainless steel. Options: sanitary or aseptic design, polished materials and welds, ASME design and code stamping, USDA guidelines when needed. We also make modifications and repairs: silo top replacement, increasing tank capacity, ladders and handrails, adding or moving fittings, replacing manways.
