Gharieb Factories is an experienced fabricator of high-quality custom designed mixing tanks and vessels for the cosmetics, health, and personal care industry. Our tanks can be found across regions and around the world. We work with companies in the health and personal care industry to produce tanks that process and store many of the products used by consumers today.

These products include: shampoo, mouthwash, lotions, liquid soap, hand sanitizer, hair gel, cosmetics, conditioner, body wash, baby products.

We build your tanks in our shop or on-site at your facility. Vessels include:

• Storage tanks, bins, hoppers, columns

• Pressure vessels and reactors

• Mixing and blending tanks and kettles

Equipment options: various manways and fittings; portability (casters, carts); tank supports (legs, lugs, skirts, saddles, flat pitch); heating and cooling; single or double wall, insulation; polished, electropolished and mill finishes; 304-304L, 316-316L, 310 stainless steel, and carbon steel; components such as sight glasses and lights, CIP systems, no foam inlets, downtubes, thermowells, outlet valves. Field fabrication is available when the tank is needed in an existing building with limited access — we work at ground level from the top down.
